Typical = Haloperidol (EPS). Clozapine = agranulocytosis. Lithium = tremor, DI.

GAD > 6 months. Panic = sudden. OCD = ego-dystonic. PTSD = re-experiencing after trauma.

Alcohol withdrawal = delirium tremens (48-72hrs). Opioid withdrawal = NOT fatal. Benzo withdrawal = seizures.
